We get that store-bought treats are budget-friendly and nothing beats Grandma's baking. That said, we provide Basic Buttercream coverings and details in Vanilla or Chocolate for just $1 per serving (based on our serving size guidelines) when clients bring their own baked goods.

We understand the sentimental value of wedding cake toppers passed down through generations. Client-supplied decor, such as fresh flowers, silk flowers, toys, or toppers, can be added to the cake for a professional placement fee.

Traditions and superstitions add charm to life. To bring wealth, luck, and fertility to your second year of marriage, have the top tier of your wedding cake professionally wrapped and labeled to prevent frostbite and preserve its design. On your first anniversary night, share at least a bite together for a touch of that lucky baby magic!

Special flavored syrups enhance moisture and elevate the taste of your crumb. Sweet, vanilla, and chocolate syrups are included at no extra cost.

Velvet cakes and vividly colored breads need extra coloring to endure the baking process. They are often made with buttermilk to achieve the most vibrant hues. Flavoring alone contributes little, if any, color to the crumb structure.

Adding layers is an excellent way to give your cake some height. Each layer costs $10, with a maximum of three layers. Essentially, each layer is like another cake at a discounted price. However, only three layers can maintain the cake's structural integrity without collapsing. For taller cakes, an additional cake with layers is required to create the illusion of a single towering design. Thin layers are calculated as 4-5 thin layers equaling one original layer. Fillings come with an extra charge, but optional buttercream icing is complimentary. Additional fees may apply.

Vanilla and Chocolate Buttercream cakes are included at no extra charge. However, other flavors, fillings, and baked-in additions come with an additional fee. Charges applied are per item; fruit and nuts (fresh, dried, freeze-dried, or canned), jam (jelly, preserves, or canned fruit filling), any flavor or filling of your choice, chocolate chips (milk, dark, white, sprinkles, or candies), pudding (sauces, syrups, or caramel), cookies (crumbled, whole, or pieces) & poke cakes (Buttercream Icing is complimentary, but other fillings incur an extra charge).

Oven-baked is included at no extra charge. Other cooking methods come with an additional fee and include indoor smoking with applewood chips, outdoor smoking with cherry wood chips, grilling with lump charcoal, deep frying, Dutch oven baking, cast iron campfire coal cooking, or cast iron baking in butter, starting at a high searing temperature before being baked low and slow as usual.

Take your cake to the next level by transforming it into a unique shape beyond the basics. This often involves hand carving techniques, custom structural pieces, and specialized molds or cake pans. Charges apply per item and include options like 2-D Cakes, 3-D Cakes, Pull-apart Cupcakes, Novelty Cakes, Moulded Cakes, or any dessert that requires cutting, carving, arranging, or shaping. Cake Balls or Pops can also be molded into specific shapes as a complimentary feature with purchase.

Toppings made from fillings or crumbles already included with the cake are complimentary. All other toppings are charged individually and include: any toppings of choice, garnishments of choice, dustings (churro, powdered sugar), drips (drizzles, glazes, egg washes), nuts (sprinkles, edible pearls, tiny candies, edible crumbles, sand, snow, dirt, rocks, crystals), chocolate decorations (details, covered, candy melts), and torched items (brûlée).

Decorations made with Buttercream Icing or Rolled Buttercream are complimentary. Other types of decor, which may require additional materials, ingredients, and time, are charged individually. These include fondant or gum paste decor, silk flowers (fresh flowers must be supplied by the client), edible glitter (dusts, metallics, spray paints), personalized messages (letters, numbers, or symbols), and edible paper decorations (rice paper, wafer paper, icing sheets, or printed imaging). Water painting is also complimentary.

Full coverage designs create the foundation for your borders and details, often requiring twice the ingredients. Pricing is per design and includes options like broad buttercream details (rosettes, basket weaves, piped lace, scales), fondant (draping, wrapping), and chocolate-coated finishes (candy coatings, glosses, hand-painted chocolate bark). Smooth buttercream icing coverage is complimentary.

Intricate designs enhance the theme of your cake with detailed features. These often require additional ingredients and time, and are charged individually. Options include Fondant and Gum Paste Decor (3-D edible toppers), Non-Edible Decor (toppers, candles, cake boards/holders, designer cake pop sticks, ribbons or bows, toys—may need to be client-supplied), Edible or Non-Edible Fabrics (silk, lace, flags), and Royal Icing Decorations (hard candies, piping, flooding).

Choose to have your tiered cake pre-assembled with careful attention to its structural design before transporting it.

Assembling tiered cakes on-site is highly recommended, but it can be a nerve-wracking task. Let us take care of it for you!

Clients provide the table, tablecloth, decor, flowers, additional desserts, and cutting and serving utensils, while we handle the placement and setup prior to the event. Cake assembly is not included.

We can only accommodate 2 guests (yourself+1). Time is charged by the hour.

We always use proper safety and sanitation methods but through our experience working in a hospital setting, we understand that some clients may be more vulnerable than others. For these clients, we use the utmost healthcare safety and sanitation methods, reaching beyond the average requirements for most food establishments. Your cake will only come in contact with one person (the owner, nothing will go through anyone else's hands), ingredients will be purchased 2 weeks in advance (the incubation period of COVID), Owner will wear full surgical grade PPE (head-to-toe) with properly washed hands (scrub-in), everything will be properly sanitized before and after your order alone with Contactless Pick-up or Delivery (other fees may apply).
