Top Tier Freeze Wrapping
We love traditions and superstitions. Make sure you bring wealth, luck and fertility to your second year of marriage by bringing in the top tier of your wedding cake to be professionally wrapped and labeled to prevent frost bite and preserve decor. On the night of your 1st Anniversary, you both eat at least a bite for some of that lucky baby magic!

Creating Crumb Art
The inside of baked goods are just as important as the outside. Oven Baked Single Layer Old Fashioned Vanilla & Milk Chocolate options are complimentary. Specialty Flavor of Crumb Sweet Simple Syrup
Any special flavor of simple sweet syrup adds moisture & flavor to level up your crumb flavor. Unflavored Sweet Simple Syrup comes complimentary.

Crumb Coloring, Velvets
Velvet cakes and boldly colored breads require more coloring to survive the baking process. They are also made with Buttermilk to give the most vibrant colors. Flavoring alone does not add much, if any color to crumb structures.

Layering
Layers are a great way to add height to your cake. Each Layer is a $10 fee, up to 3. They are pretty much an entire other cake for a discounted price. Only 3 layers can uphold the integrity of the cake without collapse. For tall cakes, another whole cake with layers must be charged for the illusion of one towering cake design. Thin Layers are calculated by 4-5 Thin Layers equaling to 1 original Layer. Fillings are an additional charge. Optional Buttercream Icing is complimentary. Other fees may apply.

Baked-in, Filled or Specialty Flavoring
Vanilla and Chocolate Buttercream cakes are complimentary. For any other flavors, fillings & baked-in goodness, they are charged per each. They are as follows; fruit & nuts (fresh, dried, freeze dried or canned), Jam (jelly, preserves or canned fruit filling), Any Flavor of Choice, Any Filling of Choice, Chocolate Chips (Milk, Dark, White, Sprinkles, Candies), Pudding (sauces, syrups, caramel), Cookies (crumbles, whole, pieces), Poke Cakes (Buttercream Icing cones complimentary, other fillings are an additional charge).

Unique Cooking Methods
Oven-baked is complimentary. All other cooking techniques are charged per each. They are as follows; indoor smoked with applewood chips, outdoor smoked with cherry wood chips, grilled with lump charcoal, deep fried, Dutch oven-baked, cast iron campfire coal cooked or cast-iron baked in butter starting at a searing temperature and then baked low & slow as usual.

Carving or Shaping
Bring your cake to the next level by having them shaped as an object outside of primary shapes. They often require hand carving techniques, extra handmade structural pieces and specialty moulds & cake pans. They are charged per each and are as follows; 2-D Cake, 3-D Cake, Pull-apart Cupcakes, Novelty Cakes, Moulded Cakes or any cutting, carving, placing or arranging any dessert into a specific shape. Cake Balls/Pops may be Moulded into specific shapes complimentary with purchase.

Creating your dessert table is essential for your special event. Whether it's the centerpiece or surrounding treats, customized details can elevate the experience. Toppings
Toppings made from fillings or crumbles already charged to the cake are complimentary. All other toppings are charged per each and are as follows: Any Toppings of Choice, Any Garnishments of Choice, Dustings (churro, powdered sugar), Drips (drizzles, glazes, egg washes), Nuts (Sprinkles, edible pearls, tiny candies) Edible Crumbles (sand, snow, dirt, rocks, crystals) and Chocolate Decorations (details, covered, candy melts), Torched (brulee).

Detailed Decor
Any decor made with Buttercream Icing or Rolled Buttercream is complimentary. Any other decor likely requires more materials, ingredients and time. They are charged per each and are as follows; Fondant only decor (or gum paste only), silk flowers (fresh flowers are client supplied), edible glitter (dusts, metallics, spray paints), Personalized Message (Any letter, numbering or symbols of any kind), Edible Paper Decor (rice paper, wafer paper, icing sheets, printed imaging). Water painting is complimentary.

Full Coverage Designs
Full coverage designs set the background for your borders and details. They often require double the ingredients. They are charged per each and are as follows; broad buttercream details (Rosettes, Basket Weaves, piped lace), Fondant (draping, wrapping), Chocolate Coated (candy coated, glosses, hand-painted Chocolate Bark). Smooth Buttercream Icing covering is complimentary.

Intricate Design Details
Intricate designs add details that heighten the theme of your cake. They often require extra ingredients and time for details. They are charged per each and are as follows; Fondant & Gum paste Decor (3-D Edible Toppers), Non-edible Decor (toppers, candles, cake boards/holders, designer cake pop sticks, Ribbon (bows), toys (may need to be client supplied, Edible or Non-edible Fabrics (silk, lace, flags) and Royal Icing Decorations (hard candies, piping, flooding).

Assembly & Delivery
Tiered Cakes are recommended to be Assembled onsite and travel separately. Clients have the option to transport and assemble their cakes themselves with a complimentary piping bag of Buttercream Icing to seal seams or fix accidents. Clients may also choose to pick-up their own cakes themselves or by a hired delivery driver, caterer, wedding planner or 3rd party already pre-stacked with extra attention to structural pieces to secure the integrity of the cake during travel. However, once your order is out of our hands in any capacity, it is no longer our responsibility. We do not give refunds or take food back. A picture may be sent before pick-up to assure the client before pick-up. No shows will no longer be able to order from us unless under special circumstances.
Delivery
A $20 flat rate fee for delivery anywhere in Batesburg and $10 for each additional town traveled to the desired destination after that. Pick-up and Contactless Pick-up is complimentary.

Discounts, Deposits and Rush Orders Fees
All Discounts are based on an engagement system, please show some love on one of our many social media sites to support your local business and community. 5% Off Business Discount, 10% Off Military/Veteran Discount, 15% Off Police/Public Services/Medical Staff Discount, 20% Off Social Media Friends Discount (rules may apply). Please Book Orders with Deposit 2 or more weeks in advance for S-M Orders and 4 or more weeks for L-XL Orders to guarantee your Order can be fulfilled. Deposits are based on paying 1/2 of the total cost upfront to reserve your order. Rush Order Fees must be paid with Deposit to reserve order fulfillment. Willingness to pay Rush Order Fees does not guarantee scheduling and fulfillment of Orders. Any changes requested after booking will have an extra Rush Order Fee. No changes may be made 1 week before the pick-up order date. We reserve the right to respectfully decline orders for any reason with or without disclosure.
Full PPE for Immune Compromised Clients
We always use proper safety and sanitation methods but through our experience working in a hospital setting, we understand that some clients may be more vulnerable than others. For these clients, we use the utmost healthcare safety and sanitation methods, reaching beyond the average requirements for most food establishments. Your cake will only come in contact with one person (the owner, nothing will go through anyone else's hands), ingredients will be purchased 2 weeks in advance (the incubation period of COVID), Owner will wear full surgical grade PPE (head-to-toe) with properly washed hands (scrub-in), everything will be properly sanitized before and after your order alone with Contactless Pick-up or Delivery (other fees may apply).
